Ahhh, December!

December, how i love thee!

Ok, well maybe not as much as I love June or May, but still this final month of the year is a great one. As we begin to wrap 2014 up, many people reflect on what the year held for them. This year, I am opting for looking forward, for creating what I WANT in 2015.

This week, I’m looking forward to a fabulous vacation and a much needed chance to clear my mind (energy field in the ocean) and hit that big reset button to help get me in the mind set for the New Year and new projects. Of course packing up a family to go to the beach is a lot of work, but so long as we have diapers and swimsuits, I think we will be good! I’ll be at the beach for the last full moon of the year and I’ll be taking this opportunity to create some shit! A few of these things I will share now, but there will be some things I don’t even know about yet. My heart has the answers and I’m hoping it will share ๐Ÿ˜‰

In 2015, I’m:

-getting the motherhood yoga book published. NO MATTER WHAT!

-hoping my first retreat, I’m still working on the deets, but I can’t wait to give this a try

-writing more! more articles in magazines, more blog posts, more IG posts!

-monthly newsletters (the first went out today! comment if you want to know how to sign up)

These are just a few things I am excited about and i can’t wait for the journey I am making to unfold!

Tomorrow, I’m going to post about a traveling yoga family! What we do to survive long days of travel and some poses we all can do ๐Ÿ™‚
