how we let go: on the mat practice

one of the best ways we continue to work on letting go is by twisting. there is some unraveling that happens when we breathe into a twist for as long as we can. letting gravity do its work by twisting on the floor or feeling the spine rotate from a seated twist, we start to break up and let loose the stuck parts. we get to say goodbye the the stuff that no longer serves or to the bits that have some how dug their heels into our bodies. so find a twist that suits you and take it often. 

before bed.

first thing in the morning.

randomly throughout your day.

let’s all twist the junk out of our bodies and say good bye to the shit weighing us down 😉
