Over the last month, I have been working with this meditation, this breath work, this kriya to help with clearing the sides of my brain along with bringing balance to the feminine and masculine sides.
Alternate Nostril breathing is an easy way to work with your breath and energy. Below is a brief video showing how to start this practice. Start with three minutes a day and work your way up seven or 11 minutes. Try to do this exercise first thing in the morning or before your shower. Play with where you sit, I like to sit where the morning light will shine on me, but you may be different.
Be sure to note how this exercise makes you feel afterwards each day. This way you can look back at your progress.
