Whether you are a beginner or have a regular sitting practice, there will be something here for you to be inspired by. All meditations are about five minutes, of course you are free to keep meditating as long as you like or enjoy just a brief moment of serenity as your schedule allows. Everyone has five minutes and meditation is just the thing to reset your mood, mind, and day!
Using your breath and inner self, this meditation has a beautiful effect of empowering you to see all the amazing parts of yourself. You can start your day with this meditation or use it as a mini reset if you are having a rough time. This is my favorite meditation and the one I usually teach on Sunday nights at restorative yoga.
